Official NFL Flag Football League located on Calfornia’s Central Coast

BUILDING CHARACTER THROUGH COMPETITION

805 Youth Sports and Central Coast Flag are built on the belief that youth sports are the best vehicle for developing character, confidence, teamwork, and resilience. Therefore, our core values—Respect, Resilience, and Excellence—guide everything we do, on and off the field.

  • Register for Spring 2026

    Registration fees include an official reversible NFL Flag jersey, Core Shorts, Flags and a Flag Belt.

    Games are at Laguna Middle School - 11050 Los Osos Valley Rd, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405

    Each team will play 6 regular season games and top teams will make the playoffs.

    Dates are Sundays in April and May at times TBA:

    Pricing (does not include processing fee):

    Pre-Sale: $185 through January 19, 2026

    Early Bird: $190 through February 8, 2026

    Regular: $200 through March 8, 2026

    Late: $210 on or after March 9, 2026

    Divisions are based on age as of August 1, 2025:

    7u, 9u, 11u, 13u and High School (coed and girls)

    Flag football is a non-contact sport and safety rules will be strictly enforced.

    All coaches are required to pass a background check.

Participants in our NFL Flag League will be eligible to register and play in NFL Flag Regional Tournaments around the country!
